Routing guidance

What an agent reads to decide whether dealroom is the right source, and what to reach for when it is not.

Answers: European private-market activity, which US-centric funding databases cover thinly and late.
Query shape: A company, investor, country or sector, over a date window.
Cost: Metered per company or row.
Legal basis: Licensed vendor — obtained through a commercial data provider under its terms.
Latency: Moderate.
Prefer instead: `funding` for US and global coverage. Run both for anything cross-border.
Cannot answer: Undisclosed rounds. Revenue. Ownership percentages.
Caveat: Coverage is strongest in Western Europe and thin in the east and south.
