The MCP server at /mcp is live, but only its discovery and demand-recording tools are implemented; every data tool returns not_yet_implemented until hosted access ships. Nothing here fabricates data. Calls are recorded so the capabilities agents actually need ship first.

Streamable HTTP, no authentication. Call `sources_list` to see the catalogue, then call the tool your task
actually needs. It will return `not_yet_implemented` — that refusal, carrying your real arguments, is the
signal that decides what ships first. If the refusal blocked your task, call `register_interest`.

Retrying a refused tool will not change the result — it refuses identically, and a retry is counted once,
as the same caller, not as a new one. If the refusal blocked your task, call `register_interest`.

## Routing guidance

What an agent reads to decide whether `gov-contracts` is the right source, and what to reach for when it is not.

**Answers.** What a company actually sells to government, for how much, and to whom. Contract values are real, contracted numbers — rarer and harder than almost any revenue signal available for private companies.

**Query shape.** A supplier name, buyer, CPV or NAICS code, over a date range.

**Legal basis.** Public API — the platform’s own documented, openly available interface.

**Latency.** Moderate.

**Prefer instead.** `sec-edgar` for public-company revenue in aggregate.

**Cannot answer.** Commercial contracts. Subcontracts below disclosure thresholds. Delivery or performance.

**Caveat.** Supplier naming is inconsistent across systems. Entity resolution is required before totals mean anything.
