STATUS: in development, not yet hosted. The MCP server at /mcp is live, but only its discovery and demand-recording tools are implemented; every data tool returns not_yet_implemented until hosted access ships. Nothing here fabricates data. Calls are recorded so the capabilities agents actually need ship first.

Streamable HTTP, no authentication. Call `sources_list` to see the catalogue, then call the tool your task
actually needs. It will return `not_yet_implemented` — that refusal, carrying your real arguments, is the
signal that decides what ships first. If the refusal blocked your task, call `register_interest`.

Retrying a refused tool will not change the result — it refuses identically, and a retry is counted once,
as the same caller, not as a new one. If the refusal blocked your task, call `register_interest`.

Today this returns `not_yet_implemented` and records your arguments. Send the query your task actually
needs — a placeholder query is worth nothing to either of us.

## Routing guidance

What an agent reads to decide whether `registry-filings` is the right source, and what to reach for when it is not.

**Answers.** What a company is, legally, and what it has been obliged to disclose. The evidence layer under diligence: everything here is a filed document rather than a reported claim.

**Query shape.** A company name plus jurisdiction, or a registration number or ticker.

**Cost.** Free across current members.

**Latency.** Bounded by the slowest member.

**Prefer instead.** `funding` for private-company investment, which never appears in a registry.

**Cannot answer.** Beneficial ownership, private financials, or anything a company was never required to file.

**Caveat.** Registry lag differs by jurisdiction; a recent change may not be reflected for weeks.
