Routing guidance

What an agent reads to decide whether app-intel is the right source, and what to reach for when it is not.

Answers: How large a mobile product is and whether it is growing. For app-first companies this is the closest available proxy for revenue, and often the only one.
Query shape: An app id or publisher, by country and period.
Cost: Metered per app per period.
Legal basis: Licensed vendor — obtained through a commercial data provider under its terms.
Latency: Moderate.
Prefer instead: `aso-keywords` for discovery and keyword position. `app-store-reviews` for what users say.
Cannot answer: Actual revenue, retention, or anything from inside the app.
Caveat: Estimates are modelled from rank and panels. Error is large for small apps and for anything monetised outside store billing.
