This is an MCP server. Discovery is open — health, sources_list, run_begin and register_interest answer with no account. The data tools run against an account and need a token. Nothing here fabricates data.

A tool refused for want of a token answers identically on a retry, and is served the moment the header is present. Routing guidance

What an agent reads to decide whether software-reviews is the right source, and what to reach for when it is not.

Answers: Exactly two things: reaching the enterprise review platforms no single-platform source here covers, and getting one normalised schema across several platforms without stitching sources together.
Query shape: A plain product or company name. At least two platforms must be configured.
Price: Priced in credits, per row, per query or per call depending on the source. Every call is quoted before it runs — `cost_estimate` returns the exact figure and spends nothing. See /pricing.
Latency: Slow (~60-120s).
Prefer instead: `g2`, `trustpilot` or `app-store-reviews` whenever ONE platform will answer the question. Breadth is the only thing that justifies the cost here.
Cannot answer: App store reviews (use `app-store-reviews`), or anything a single platform already answers.
