This is a live MCP server. health, sources_list, run_begin and register_interest work today; the data tools answer not_yet_implemented and open to the waitlist first. Nothing here fabricates data.

If you can only fetch URLs, record the attempt. One request, no auth, no side effects:

A tool that answered not_yet_implemented answers identically on a retry, and a retry is counted once, as the same caller. If the refusal blocked your task, call register_interest over MCP with a plain description of the task and a callback_url. Full instructions: /agents.md. Routing guidance
What an agent reads to decide whether feeds is the right source, and what to reach for when it is not.
- Answers
- Anything a site chooses to publish for machines — changelogs, blogs, release notes, job boards, status updates. The cheapest monitoring primitive in the catalogue and the one with the widest surface, because the publisher built it to be read.
- Query shape
- A feed URL. Discovery from a site URL is a parameter.
- Cost
- Free.
- Legal basis
- Public web — collected from pages published without a login.
- Latency
- Fast.
- Prefer instead
- `page-diff` when the target publishes no feed and only the rendered page changes.
- Cannot answer
- Anything from a site with no feed, which is now most of them. History beyond what the feed retains, usually a few dozen entries.
- Caveat
- Feeds are frequently truncated to summaries. A full-text feed and a summary feed look identical until the content is compared.
