Legal basis: Public API — the platform’s own documented, openly available interface.
Latency: Fast.
Prefer instead: `research-data` for citable scientific datasets with DOIs.
Cannot answer: Dataset licensing and provenance, which are inconsistently declared.
Caveat: Competition results overfit their leaderboards. They rarely transfer to production as reported.
