This is a live MCP server. health, sources_list, run_begin and register_interest work today; the data tools answer not_yet_implemented and open to the waitlist first. Nothing here fabricates data.

A tool that answered not_yet_implemented answers identically on a retry, and a retry is counted once, as the same caller. Routing guidance

What an agent reads to decide whether translate is the right source, and what to reach for when it is not.

Answers: The prerequisite for most of this catalogue. Half the highest-value sources here are non-English, and querying them in English returns nothing useful.
Query shape: Text plus a target language. Source language is detected.
Cost: Metered per character. Low.
Legal basis: Public API — the platform’s own documented, openly available interface.
Latency: Fast.
Prefer instead: Nothing. Run it BEFORE querying a non-English source, not after.
Cannot answer: Cultural nuance, idiom and platform slang, which is exactly where consumer sentiment lives.
Caveat: Machine translation flattens sentiment. Draw conclusions from the original where the conclusion depends on tone.
