Routing guidance

What an agent reads to decide whether yandex-serp is the right source, and what to reach for when it is not.

Answers: Where a page ranks for a Russian-language or CIS-market query. Google’s share in that market is small enough that a Google-only reading is simply the wrong index.
Query shape: A phrase with region and language.
Cost: Metered per query.
Latency: Moderate.

Cannot answer: Search volume, which is `google-keywords`. Personalised results.
