Query shape: A location plus property filters, by portal.
Cost: Metered per listing.
Legal basis: Public web — collected from pages published without a login.
Latency: Moderate.
Prefer instead: `us-property` for the US, where transaction history is far more available.
Cannot answer: Sold prices in most European markets, which are not published.
Caveat: Asking prices are not transaction prices, and the gap varies by market and cycle.
