This is a live MCP server. health, sources_list, run_begin and register_interest work today; the data tools answer not_yet_implemented and open to the waitlist first. Nothing here fabricates data.

Routing guidance

What an agent reads to decide whether hotel-rates is the right source, and what to reach for when it is not.

Answers: What accommodation actually costs on a given date, across channels. Rate spread between channels for the same room is itself a competitive finding.
Query shape: A property or destination plus dates and occupancy.
Cost: Metered per rate query.
Legal basis: Public web — collected from pages published without a login.
Latency: Moderate.
Prefer instead: `short-term-rentals` for the alternative-accommodation market.
Cannot answer: Negotiated corporate rates and loyalty pricing.
Caveat: Rates change constantly and vary by search context. A reading is a snapshot, not a price.
