Routing guidance

What an agent reads to decide whether 13f-holdings is the right source, and what to reach for when it is not.

Cannot answer: Short positions, derivatives, non-US holdings, or anything below the reporting threshold.
Caveat: Filed up to 45 days after quarter end, so every position shown is at least six weeks stale and possibly already closed.
