Routing guidance

What an agent reads to decide whether prediction-markets is the right source, and what to reach for when it is not.

Answers: A money-weighted probability for a future event. Frequently better calibrated than survey or pundit forecasts, and available continuously rather than periodically.
Query shape: A market question, category or resolution date.
Cost: Free.
Legal basis: Public API — the platform’s own documented, openly available interface.
Latency: Fast.
Prefer instead: `macro-data` for measured economic series rather than forecasts of them.
Cannot answer: Anything with no market. Thin markets produce prices that are noise.
Caveat: Read the resolution criteria before the price. Markets frequently resolve on a narrower question than their title implies.
